Subscription Settings Page

To access and manage your subscriptions:

• Visit your Settings page. You can access the link by click on the User icon on the main header menu.
• Select the Billing tab
• Your subscription information will be displayed in the Subscription section.
  • Your current plan name will be displayed, eg: Solo Creator or Studio, etc
  • The Expiry Date of your current subscription.
• To renew your subscription, kindly click on the Renew Subscription button

Renew (or Change) Your Subscription

On the Account Balances section of your Billing Settings page, click on the Renew Subscription link besides the Expiry Date of your current subscription to access the Renew Subscription page.

On this page,

• Select the frequency to be billed for. Yearly subscription comes with a 20% discount.
• Select one of the following plans
  • Solo Creator
  • Multi-talented Creator
  • Studio
• Select a Payment Channel to use for your payment service.
  • NB: If you are in Ghana, you can pay with Mobile Money
• Click on “Make Payment” to complete payment
• You will be redirected to our external payment service partners to complete your payment
